first off, decide what your flag colors should be... they could be ur fav colors or anything. then, make the uniforms in those colors. but have the higher ranking officers in ur first fav color, lower people in less fav color and so on. (P.S... blue is an awsome color to work with!)

Is this dress uniform or combat? Combat should be camoflaged to the terrain...
