Yes they are the winners, For the reasons that Catie only had New Zealand and Kayla had a lot of territory deducted. So the two of them will rule Hawaii together. As for Zacchaeus, you command a Army, Sharpshooter corps and the Imperial guard. Lazarus, you will command A Army group, The Marines and the Light infantry corps. Have fun with your new territory and troops.
PS: Catie and Kayla, Make those Hawaiians your slaves in the sugar cane fields!:)

I only have a few Islands that you are continually taking away from me...Grenadier only has an Island (big...but barren) and some of Antartica and Thrawn only Mexico....YOu neglect reason..Grenadier has shown a great plan of what to do and Thrawn...who wouldn't want 5 dollars?...Not that Catie or Kayla can't do it..But they have shown no plans! In addition, they won't orient it millitaristicly, and Hawaii is a verry important military base...maybe this DOES throw wind to the rumor Atalie instigated, though I highly doubt it, the emperor should maintain his image-Fame comes with a price, all you do will be taken note of....In addition, you try to appease the 'losers' with mere gifts that they are capable of attaining already with their territory...Those gifts mean nothing!!! My goodness debator, its just a little chain of islands of the coast of America! I still have some of the smallest amont of land, cause I am sharing both my countries! So I think Jonah was perfectly fair in his decsion about me having HALF of Hawaii.
